Canadian singer Grimes and billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk have decided to take a relationship hiatus after three years together.

While some couples are focusing on splitting the kids and property, this pair are all about lesbian space colonies and heading to Mars!

Musk and Grimes have stated work commitments and busy schedules as the primary reason behind their split, as Grimes is based mostly in LA and Musk in Texas or overseas.

The big question is, will Baby X be joining them on their grand excursion and is Grimes really starting a lesbian space colony?

Lesbians, Space Colonies, And Europa: Has Grimes Lost Her Mind?

Since it’s 2021 and the world’s gone mad, there’s not much that surprises the general population when it comes to pop culture, politics, and technology.

That said, most people raise a proverbial eyebrow when they hear the phrase “lesbian space colony”!

So, how did this come about and what exactly did Grimes mean by this?

Well, when she was questioned by The New York Post about her recent separation from SpaceX Mogul Elon Musk, the Canadian singer was quoted as saying, “I’ll be colonizing Europa separately from Elon for the lesbian space commune.”

If you’re like the rest of us commoners, Europa is one of Jupiter’s 79 moons!

While it’s clear that this was likely said jokingly, is it not known that many a true word is said in jest?

What Will Happen To Baby X Following The Breakup?

Despite going their separate ways, Grimes and Musk are allegedly still sharing a luxury home together, with Grimes and Baby X staying in adjacent rooms.

Due to the sheer size of their home and Musk’s traveling tendencies, this is clearly a convenient setup for the couple and they’re making it work.

What's Up With Baby X's Name (& What On Earth Does It Mean)?

When it comes to baby names, Musk and Grimes certainly don’t fit with the norm!

Initially, their baby was set to be named X Æ A-12, but this was changed in accordance to California’s laws that prohibits the use of numbers and special numerals in names.

As a result, the name was then changed to X AE A-XII. How does one even pronounce that?

Well, according to Musk, it is pronounced X “Ash” A-12. How’s that for a name? Somehow I don’t think baby Musk will be sharing his name with any other kids in his class on Mars!

Grimes allegedly chose this name, and the meaning behind it refers to “Archangel 12, the precursor to the SR-71, the coolest plane ever.”

Well, you have to give the couple credit where it’s due when it comes to, uh, creative baby names!

Is Elon Musk Really Heading To Mars?

As insane as this may sound, Elon Musk is, in fact, highly confident that his most recent  SpaceX Starship will be able to successfully transport people to and from space.

That said, the last four landings unfortunately ended in disastrous explosions, but this certainly hasn’t deterred Musk!

In fact, Musk is almost certain that humans will successfully be transported to and from space by the year 2026.

He plans to start sending qualified crew within the next couple of years to get the ball rolling on his plan to fly people commercially, but he still has some serious obstacles to overcome.

For example, the main problem is the issue of the spaceship becoming reusable and reliable, and they’re prone to crashing.

Despite all this, Musk is not about to take defeat lying down in his mission to the moon and Mars!

What can be said is that there is no denying the fact that Musk is an unstoppable force, so humans could very well be inhabiting the galaxy sooner than we know it.

Conclusion

Possibly the most unfortunate aspect of this split is the fact that Musk and Grimes won’t be surprising us with any more unusual baby names, but then again, if Mars is on the cards in a few years, then anything is possible!
